There were several protests during the Democratic Mayoral Forum on the Black Agenda at Medgar Evers College in Brooklyn on Wednesday, April 23.
At the beginning one protestor was questioning why there was only eight candidates and not nine participating in the event and called for the ninth person to be included. The protestor was later removed by security.
Later another protestor crashed the stage just as Scott Stringer took his seat on stage. The protestor who wore a mask said “I am the youngest on the ballot but they don’t want me here. The only one who supports reparation. I am the only one who is not backed by millionaires and billionaires.” He was also removed by security.

When former Governor Andrew Cuomo took to the stage several protestors rushed the stage with some chanting “Cuomo lies, people die.”
